How We Use Cookies, Similar Technologies, and Third Party Advertisers

We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, and other similar technologies in connection with the Service. 8. Dispute Resolution and Agreement to Arbitrate

Except where and to the extent prohibited by law, by using the Services, you and id Engine agree that, if there is any controversy, claim, action, or dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Services or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of this Privacy Policy or any part of it ("Dispute"), both parties shall first try in good faith to settle such Dispute by providing written notice to the other party describing the facts and circumstances of the Dispute and allowing the receiving party 30 days in which to respond to or settle the Dispute. Both you and id Engine agree that this dispute resolution procedure is a condition precedent that must be satisfied before initiating any litigation or filing any claim against the other party. IF ANY DISPUTECANNOT BE RESOLVED BY THE ABOVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE, YOU AGREE THATTHE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR SUCH DISPUTE WILL BE DECIDED BY BINDINGARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS MEANS THATYOU WILL NOT HAVE, AND YOU WAIVE, THE RIGHT FOR A JUDGE OR JURY TO DECIDE YOURCLAIMS, AND THAT YOU MAY NOT PROCEED IN A CLASS OR CONSOLIDATED CAPACITY. Other rights that you and we would otherwise have in court will not be available or will be more limited in arbitration, including discovery and appeal rights. All such disputes shall be exclusively submitted to JAMS (www.jamsadr.com) for binding arbitration under its rules then in effect, before one arbitrator to be mutually agreed upon by both parties. The arbitrator, and not any federal, state, or local court or agency, shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute arising under or relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this Privacy Policy, including any claim that all or any part of this Privacy Policy is void or voidable.

9. Choice of Law

This Privacy Policy has been made in and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of California ,without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. Any disputes or claims not subject to the arbitration provision discussed above shall be resolved by a court located in California and you agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.

10. Assignment

In the event that all or part of our assets are sold or acquired by another party, or in the event of a merger,you grant us the right to assign the personal information collected via the Service.

11. Your California Privacy Rights

Users who are California residents have the right to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Right to know
You have the right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, as well as the categories of sources from which such information is collected, the purpose for collecting such information, and the categories of third parties with whom we share such information.
You also have the right to request information about our sale or disclosure for business purposes of your personal information to third parties in the preceding 12 months. You may also request a copy of the personal information we have collected, and upon request, we will provide this information to you in electronic form.
Right to delete
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to opt-out of sale or sharing of your personal information
You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information to third parties. Note that some of the third parties to whom we sell your personal information may also sell the personal information that they receive from us. If you are emailing, please write "Data Subject Request" as your subject line, and explicitly state which right you are exercising in the body of the email. If using a web form, then explicitly state which right you are exercising within the body of the description section. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. Such authorized agent must be registered with the California Secretary of State. We may deny a request from an agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized by you to act on your behalf. When submitting a request, we may need to take certain steps to ensure that we are receiving a verifiable consumer request before completing your request, and, for example, may ask for you to confirm data points we already have about you. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request. Whenever feasible for verification, we will match the identifying information provided by you to the personal information already maintained by us. Right to objection and restriction to processing
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data or restrict its processing. Exercising these rights will not result in deletion of your personal data. It will remain in our databases, but will not be processed as per your requests.
Right to rectification
You have the right to request corrections of your personal data that we process.
Right to data portability
You have the right to request all or parts of your personal data and transfer it from our databasesto another data controller.

We respect the data privacy rights of our users globally. If you submit a data subject request to exercise your data privacy rights that any applicable law grants to you, we will comply to such request.

14. Exercising Your Privacy Rights

You can exercise your privacy rights by submitting a request at info@savvydata.ai. We will respond to the request within the applicable deadline. You can also opt out via an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Controls.

Before honoring your request, we will take efforts to verify your identity.

15. How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals

We do not support "Do Not Track" browser settings and do not currently participate in any Do Not Track frameworks that would allow us to respond to signals or other mechanisms from you regarding the collection of your personal information.

16. Processing of Children's Personal Information

We do not knowingly collect or process children's personal information.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will also revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. If we make material changes, we will notify you by placing a prominent notice on our Service or emailing you at the email address we have on file for you. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to keep up to date on how we are handling your personal information.
